Fire resistance: perlite is notable for a high fire resistance, temperature of its melting is +1260°C, accordingly perlite blocks increase construction fire resistance (for 3-4 hours).
Sound insulation: thanks to high-performance sound of insulation index (at 200-2000 hertz frequency the index is 0-35-0.65 dB) and ability to closely fill in the space, perlite blocks suppress noise and prevent passing of sonic waves through walls.
Heat conductivity: 0.11-0.14 vT/m 0С
