Quality control is a fundamental part of LEGI’s manufacturing process.

The company operates Georgia’s only state-certified laboratory specializing in the testing of vibro-pressed concrete products.

This certification confirms that all testing is conducted using officially approved methodologies, and the laboratory is equipped with certified equipment (Italian Controls equipment) in accordance with international standards.

The laboratory regularly conducts tests on both raw materials and finished products in compliance with European standards:

  • EN 1338 — Concrete pavers

  • EN 1340 — Concrete kerb units

  • EN 771-3 — Concrete masonry blocks

  • EN 12390 — Testing of hardened concrete

  • EN 206 — Concrete specification, performance, production, and conformity

Thanks to certified laboratory control, LEGI guarantees that every product meets verified strength and durability requirements.
